Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day risk-free trial. A credit card is required to start, but if you cancel within 14 days you will not be charged.

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Both take effect immediately with pro-rated billing, so you only pay for what you actually use in each cycle.

No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no hidden costs. You pay per guard-hour on the plan you choose. Each active site has a minimum of 160 guard-hours per billing cycle (equivalent to one full-time guard), and there is a $50 per-cycle organization minimum. You pay whichever is higher — your actual usage or the minimums.

A guard-hour is one hour of clocked time by a guard on any site. If a guard works an 8-hour shift, that is 8 guard-hours. You only pay for hours actually worked.

Yes. Your organization has a base tier, and individual sites can be upgraded above it — up to Professional. For example, a Basic organization can upgrade one high-priority site to Essential or Professional. Enterprise is only available through a sales agreement.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced with NET-30 terms.

Complete your onboarding milestones before your 3rd billing cycle starts (within your first 56 days) and that entire cycle is completely free — $0 invoice, no charge. If you miss the deadline, normal billing applies on your 3rd cycle. The milestones are: set up a site, add a guard, schedule a shift, add a payment method, and configure your notification preferences. Essential and Professional plans also require completing a patrol. Available on every plan — Basic, Essential, and Professional.

Yes. Each active site requires a minimum of 160 guard-hours per 28-day billing cycle — equivalent to one full-time guard. If a site uses fewer hours, you are billed for the 160-hour minimum. There is also a $50 per-cycle organization minimum: if your total usage across all sites comes to less than $50, you pay $50. If your usage is higher, you pay the actual amount.

Yes. Commit to a minimum number of guard-hours per site per billing cycle and lock in a lower rate: 1-year saves 10%, 2-year saves 15%, and 3-year saves 30%. Commitments are per-site — commit on high-volume sites while keeping others on-demand. You pay the committed amount each cycle even if actual usage is lower; overage hours above your commitment are billed at the standard on-demand rate. Billing is per 28-day cycle with a 20% upfront deposit of the total contract value. Early termination incurs a fee of 20% of the total agreement value or the remaining contract value, whichever is less.
