Pricing

Public pricing. Per guard-hour.

Most security platforms hide their numbers behind a sales call. We don't. Pricing scales with the guard-hours you run: a casual costs what they cost, and every month carries a minimum of just one full-time guard's usage. All prices AUD.

Agreements

Stay flexible, or lock in a lower rate.

Pay as you go is the default, with no lock-in. An agreement locks in a lower rate against a minimum number of guard-hours for the term. Hours above the minimum bill at your lower agreement rate, and quiet cycles still bill the minimum. Agreements are invoiced ahead of use, in full or on a quarterly or half-yearly schedule. Talk to us and we will size the minimum to your roster.

Why public pricing

If our pricing is wrong for you, find out in 30 seconds, not 30 days.

01

Do the maths on this page

Rates, minimums, and agreement discounts are all published here. Your cost is a five-minute estimate, not a discovery call.

02

The rate you see is the rate you pay

Nobody gets a secret rate for negotiating hardest. Agreements discount the same public number for everyone.

03

Decide without talking to anyone

If the numbers don't work, close the tab. If they do, you can have guards clocking in today without a single phone call.

Common questions

Pricing questions, answered.

How does per-hour billing work?

Each shift bills the hours it was rostered for or the hours actually clocked, whichever is greater, less unpaid breaks and with a 2-hour minimum per clock-on. Billing runs monthly, and each month you pay the greater of your usage or a one-full-time-guard minimum (160 hours at your tier's rate).

Why per guard-hour instead of per seat?

Because that's how your own cost base works. A casual who works one shift a fortnight shouldn't cost the same licence as a full-timer. On ZooYak they cost what they work. Office users and manager seats are free and unlimited on every tier.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Every plan starts with 14 days free. We take your card at signup, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and pay nothing. If you keep going, your subscription simply carries on. Put the trial to work, with your sites set up, your guards onboarded, and shifts completed, and your third month is on us as well.

How do agreements work?

Pay as you go is the default, with no lock-in. An agreement locks in a lower rate against a minimum number of guard-hours for the term. Hours above the minimum bill at your lower agreement rate, and quiet cycles still bill the minimum. Agreements are invoiced ahead of use, in full or on a quarterly or half-yearly schedule. Talk to us and we will size the minimum to your roster.

Do client portal users cost anything?

No. Billing counts guard-hours only, so office staff and manager seats never cost anything, and client portal logins are included at no extra charge on the tiers that carry the portal (Professional and Enterprise).

What support is included?

Email support on every tier: one inbox, read by the people who build the product. Enterprise agreements can include priority and dedicated support arrangements.
